July 2022 Activities in the Twin Cities

Twin Cities Fireworks, Stone Arch Bridge
The Stone Arch Bridge is a Minneapolis historic landmark and one beautiful place to watch the Minneapolis fireworks on July 4th The event itself starts at 6:30 pm and fireworks start at 10 pm. This exciting event has food vendors and live music at both ends of the bridge. This event is a great way to spend time with friends, family, or a first date. Though there are many places in the Twin Cities to watch a firework show this July, the Stone Arch Bridge will be in your memories for years to come. Also, this would be a great way to make a tradition with the special people in your life to celebrate our country’s independence!
Minneapolis Aquatennial
The Minneapolis Aquatennial is an annual festival occurring July 20th-23rd in 2022. It’s a four-day event that celebrates the City of Minneapolis. The event is a series of many activities happening all around downtown Minneapolis. There is a parade on July 20th that is in the streets of downtown. MN Food Truck Festival
Also known as the Uptown Food Truck Festival. This food fest will be happening on July 23rd in downtown Hopkins, MN. Starting from 12 pm to 10 pm, there will be over 60 food trucks, activities, games, and live music. The global cuisine variety is diverse which will be fun and interesting for every type of foodie. Combining food inspired from all over the world.
Whatever the long, hot days of July bring you, you will never get bored being part of this amazing city. For an unforgettable hiking experience and a mini-road trip, try going to Taylor’s Falls in Taylor’s Falls, MN. If you don’t like to walk and consider biking, then the Greenway has trails that go from Lake Harriet to Minnehaha falls. This Greenway leads to trails that cover the entire metro area.
