A Fascinating New Take on Retail

[MAPLEWOOD, MN, February 16, 2023] Binmayhem is a unique retail chain dedicated to selling clothing, accessories and home goods at a low and affordable price. Newly located in the Maplewood Mall, just east of the Twin Cities. Consumers can expect newly stocked bins with products ranging in price from 0.99 cents to $10.99. 

This exciting retail concept carries all your favorite brands from your favorite clothing stores: Target, Macy’s, even LandsEnd. Big ticket items such as electronics, furniture and large cooking ware are sold at 40% to 60% their original retail price. Their store is open seven days a week and every day of the year with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

A store spokesperson and employee said “This incredible concept of retail reduces waste and gives another opportunity to items that would otherwise be placed in landfills.” 

Many reviewers are excited with this new concept. A Facebook reviewer says “Great price’s, many things to choose from and most of all employees are so welcoming and willing to help if have questions.” 

A high school senior, local attendee of BinMayhem and avid thrifter, Meredith Olichwier, came back raving, ”It was slightly chaotic but if you don’t mind sorting through piles there are so many great finds!” Olchwier found many things for her college dorm and found a discounted Target Brand vest. She originally passed on the vest while at Target but “with the price at BinMayhem there was no way I was passing this chance up.”

If this store sounds like an amazing find, it is! And you should know, they are also looking to hire new people to join their team. Many reviewers have boasted about the helpfulness of their workers and the starting pay is $15 to $17 an hour, more than Walmart and Macy’s.
