During the day on March 22, it was discovered that there was a bed bug infestation in a room at the end of Miller Hall Five South. When alerted of the issue, Facilities Management brought in an outside company to help contain and eradicate the infestation. The outside company had to bring in equipment that would heat the room to temperatures as high as 150 degrees to kill the pests. The bed bugs displaced the room’s residents , who had to be moved to One West Phillipps for the rest of the semester.
